Into The Depths Of My Dream

When I can't breathe at night, 
And I hear the shadows scream, 
With my eyes full of tears, 
I hide inside my dreams. 

Running away from my fears, 
Escaping the reality, 
I stay inside my dreams, 
Leaving behind my anxiety. 

It's so peaceful to stay asleep, 
If I could sleep forever, 
Then I wouldn't want to wake up, 
To live in this hellish world. 

But dreams are like fairytales, 
Where a good ending is never real,
What keeps me happy, 
If I wake up, will disappear. 

Sometimes life is cruel, 
When my tears form a stream, 
I go to sleep and hide myself, 
Into the depths of my dream.
