Can you see me broken? 
That's because you broke me, 
Tore me down and chocked me, 
Found me alone and locked me, 
Hated me so you soaked me. 

Can you see me crying? 
That's because you made me cry, 
Gave me hope and made me fly, 
Never knew that you were sly, 
Filled with love, but you sucked me dry. 

Can you see me lonely? 
That's because you left me alone, 
Played me cuz you had a heart of stone, 
Messed my life and made me your pawn, 
The game was yours and you always won. 

Can you see me blaming myself? 
That's because I couldn't blame you, 
Insulted myself but couldn't defame you, 
Felt ashamed but couldn't shame you, 
You tamed me but I couldn't tame you. 

But can you see me smiling now? 
That's because I love myself, 
Trusted you but now I believe myself, 
Tried to die but I wanna live for myself,
