I wasn't happy

The day has passed by,
Everything is nice,
Everyone is so happy,
The happiness fills the room,
I am just sitting in the corner,
Smiling to pretend,
That I am happy too.

The month has gone by,
All went well for them,
They happily shook hands,
And hugged each other as well,
I am just standing in the side,
Smiling to pretend,
That I am happy too.

Years went after years,
So many good things happened,
Everyone cheered,
Photos were taken,
But in all those photos, I am
Smiling to pretend,
That I am happy too.

Now, when I look back,
On all those days I passed by,
Everyone looks so happy,
Cause they truly smiled,
But I remember my smile,
Which was just to pretend,
That I was happy too.
While I cried in my mind,
For so many times,
Cause I wasn't happy.
I wasn't happy at all.

Death of a loved one...

Eyes full of tears,  Throat is running dry,  My day is being spent,  As I simply cry and cry.  My breath is getting shorter,  I wish my heart to stop,  I just came back from the funeral,  With this loss, how can I cope?  It's not HER who died,  It's my own soul which went away,  They tell me to calm down,  But how can I still be okay?  There's a part of me that's broken now,  Nothing can provide me peace,  If possible, I want to die And that's only when I can rest with ease.  ~Mystery Night
